
Kelly Brancaleone, P.E. – Founder and Principal Engineer
Kelly Brancaleone, P.E. is founder and principal engineer of Brancaleone Engineering, LLC. She earned her B.S. & M.S. in civil and structural engineering from Columbia University in New York City. Kelly began her career as an engineering trainee with the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey and continued on as project manager for the consulting firm Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. in Wilmington, MA where she worked primarily on state highway bridge projects. Kelly is registered as a professional structural engineer in Massachusetts. She volunteers with local organizations including Light Up Mattos and is also an active member of the Business Minded Women’s Network on the North Shore. Kelly enjoys working with local clients and raising her family in Gloucester.

Molly Ziergiebel Anderson, E.I.T. – Design Consultant
Molly Ziergiebel Anderson, E.I.T. is a design consultant for Brancaleone Engineering, LLC. Her areas of expertise are residential construction and acoustics engineering. Molly previously worked as a project manager for J&A Enterprises, Inc. in Salem, MA on systems noise and vibration analysis and for the wireless structural monitoring firm Sensametrics, Inc. in Palo Alto, CA. Molly earned her B.S. in civil and Environmental engineering at UMASS Amherst and M.S. in structural engineering and geomechanics at Stanford University in CA. She is certified as a category III vibration analyst by the Vibration Institute. Molly enjoys boating and spending time with her family on the farm and is a collector of Cape Ann artwork.
